LogicGrids provides managed IT security, networking, hosting, and related professional services as described on this website and in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Master Service Agreements (MSAs) entered into with clients. The specific terms of any commercial engagement are governed by the applicable MSA, which takes precedence over these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or our services to: violate applicable laws or regulations; transmit malicious code or conduct unauthorized penetration testing; infringe intellectual property rights of LogicGrids or third parties; impersonate any person or entity; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the proprietary property of LogicGrids GmbH and is protected by German and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LogicGrids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed €500 for website-related claims. Service delivery liability is governed by the applicable MSA.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
